For shipments in Egypt:

You can make changes to your purchase (cancellation, change, or add a new item) within the first 24 hours of placing an order.

For International shipments:

For shipments in Egypt:

We accept major credit cards and cash on delivery.

For International shipments:

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

For shipments in Egypt:

We offer a one-year guarantee on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include scratches to the leather after the bag has been used.

For International Shipments:

We don’t offer warranty for international shipments due to country laws and regulations. 

For shipments in Egypt:

You can return/exchange any item within two weeks of receiving it provided it is in the same condition in which you bought it.

In case of returning a product, we offer refunds once the product has been returned to our shop and checked.

If you have paid via credit card, we will return money minus money paid to Visa agent.

In both cases, WafaaWali will refund full amount excluding money going to Payment and delivery partners.

For International shipments:

We cannot return or refund products that are shipped internationally due to customs and visa regulations. We advice our customers to open up the shipment before accepting it.

2-3 working days in Cairo, 5 days all over Egypt, and one-week international shipping.
